Market for Vacation Homes is on the Rise!

I was reading up on the latest trends in second home real estate this morning and came across an interesting article on WSJ.com about vacation home sales in the US.   As for market trends, I am not sure what this means for sales at some of the emerging markets in Mexico and other international real estate destinations, but its great news for our domestic clients!

“Sales in many vacation communities across the U.S. soared last year to levels not seen since boom times, driven by deep discounts, cash purchases and buyers’ rising stock portfolios.”
