As Director of Marketing, Amanda is responsible for managing accounts and driving success! As a key member of the team, Amanda will work closely with clients to generate custom marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
For the last 5 years, Amanda has been in real estate marketing – helping builders, developers, and brokerages exceed their lead generation objectives with a strong ROI.
She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA in Management and Marketing in 2011, and received her MBA in 2014.
When not chasing approvals and deadlines, Amanda is honing her analytics skills with her Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising Certifications.
For the past 15 years Chad has studied the digital experience for real estate buyers and sellers across the globe. As the founder and owner of Element-360, he leads talent development and future-planning. His real estate marketing career began at Intrawest as a customer and market analyst. His team manages the digital lead generation campaigns supporting more than $10 billion in gross sales across 16 countries over the past 10 years. Chad volunteers with the Small Business Association as a SCORE Mentor. He was recently awarded the Sky-High Growth award and a 40-under-40 recipient.
Several of the real estate brands he has supported include the Intrawest portfolio across 3 continents, Crescent Communities portfolio, Westin Residences, Four Seasons Residences, East West Partners, Hard Rock Hotel, The Related Group and more.
Chad is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He currently participates on two ULI councils including the Market Trends and Residential Neighborhood Development council. He established Element-360 as a Google Partner in 2012, Google Analytics certified, and Google AdWords certified. Chad graduated from Western Colorado State University with a double major in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology.
Kirsten is an active community member who has worked with several environmental organizations within the Asheville area, aiding in projects to promote sustainability. She enjoys spending her free time drawing, hiking, and volunteering.
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, Angelique is responsible for providing data-driven insights on clients’ omni-channel campaigns and managing SEO services. She graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communication, and will be finishing her MA in Communication, concentrated in digital media, from Johns Hopkins University in 2020.
Angelique specializes in content marketing, and leverages her background in writing to take analytics past the numbers. Through narrative-based reporting, she is able to provide clients with a comprehensive view of digital strategy and identify opportunities to improve performance.
When not reporting, Angelique carries her passion for content creation into outdoor photography and blogging.
