Chad Martin is responsible for leading the successful execution of our vision at Element-360. His real estate career began in market and consumer analysis over 15 years ago. Now he is more focused on broad real estate trends related to digital customer experiences, motivations and behaviors. His strengths are focused on performance analysis for marketing campaigns and team development. Chad’s work has supported several unbroken sales records for real estate development now totaling more than $5 billion in revenue across 13 countries. You can find him covered in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, International Herald, International Property Journal, Alternative Latin American Investor Journal and more. Chad is a ULI member actively serving on the Market Trends Council. He graduated from Western Colorado State University with a double major in Business and Industrial Psychology. Chad established Element-360 as an accredited Google Partner back in 2012.

Amanda Gales, MBA

Amanda Gales, MBA

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Amanda is responsible for managing accounts and driving success! As a key member of the team, Amanda will work closely with clients to generate custom marketing strategies to achieve their goals.

For the last 3 years, Amanda has been in real estate marketing – helping builders, developers, and brokerages exceed their lead generation objectives with a strong ROI.

She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA in Management and Marketing in 2011, and received her MBA in 2014.

When not chasing approvals and deadlines, Amanda is honing her analytics skills with her Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising Certifications.

Ryan has been on the e360 team since late 2015 after graduating with his Masters of Business Administration from Western Carolina University. His diverse background helped him develop a unique perspective on consumer behavior and its relationship with technology. His career began in the creative/production side of advertising for TV, radio, and print in 2011. Clients he has worked with include BMW, L’Oreal, AT&T & Sealine, among others. While finishing his MBA, Ryan helped several regional businesses make better informed decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and business plan development while working with Western Carolina’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Ryan’s technical ability includes web design languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SEO, SEM, and an uncanny googling ability. Talk to him about cross domain tracking and Google Data Studio.

David Cate

David Cate graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology and a minor in General Business from Appalachian State University in the December of 2014. He started becoming interested in web development half way through his collegiate career and has been honing and advancing his skills ever since. David began building real estate sites and SEO in 2013, and it is the combination of understanding both code and SEO strategy that makes him such a valuable part of the team. He is fully fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, CSS3, HTML5 and Ruby. He has experience working with PHP, Javascript & JQuery and is Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager Certified.

Lisa has been a leader in real estate development marketing for over 10 years. Her ability to build sustainable strategies that offer clear and measurable results has delivered consistent sales successes. Over the past 5 years, Lisa has been the marketing lead on resort real estate projects representing over $4 billion USD in revenue. Lisa’s intuitive and intellectual balance allows for far reaching visions grounded in a strong foundation of fact, to become reality. Her innate ability to translate the intangible into effective market messaging and strong sales language has provided her with the opportunity to work in a wide variety of global markets with a specialty in both urban and resort projects throughout the Caribbean, North and Central America.

Prior to her focus on real estate development, Lisa was the marketing lead for one of the largest Golf Management operations in North America. This expertise has been instrumental in creating her exceptional understanding of the demographic and psychographic profile of the lifestyle buyer. It also established her as a leader in the planning, marketing, and sales of master planned golf and lifestyle residential communities.
