Chad Martin

President

Chad Martin is responsible for leading the successful execution of our vision at Element-360. He has spent the last 15 years focused on real estate marketing. His digital lead generation campaigns have supported over $7 billion in gross sales across 16 countries. His leadership style is characterized as strengths based approach focusing on his team’s passions and talent for growth. He is most passionate about continually improving methodologies and strategies to accelerate client’s sales.

Several of the real estate brands he has supported include the Intrawest portfolio, Crescent Communities portfolio, Westin Residences, Four Seasons Residences, East West Partners, Hard Rock Hotel, The Related Group and more.

Chad is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Market Trends Council and National Association of Home Builders. He established Element-360 as a Google Partner in 2012, Google Analytics certified, and Google AdWords certified. Chad graduated from Western Colorado State University with a double major in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology.

Amanda Gales, MBA

Amanda Gales, MBA

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Amanda is responsible for managing accounts and driving success! As a key member of the team, Amanda will work closely with clients to generate custom marketing strategies to achieve their goals.

For the last 3 years, Amanda has been in real estate marketing – helping builders, developers, and brokerages exceed their lead generation objectives with a strong ROI.

She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA in Management and Marketing in 2011, and received her MBA in 2014.

When not chasing approvals and deadlines, Amanda is honing her analytics skills with her Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising Certifications.

Ryan Cook, MBA

Ryan Cook, MBA

Director of Analytics

Ryan has been on the e360 team since late 2015 after graduating with his Masters of Business Administration from Western Carolina University. His diverse background helped him develop a unique perspective on consumer behavior and its relationship with technology. His career began in the creative/production side of advertising for TV, radio, and print in 2011. Clients he has worked with include BMW, L’Oreal, AT&T & Sealine, among others. While finishing his MBA, Ryan helped several regional businesses make better informed decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and business plan development while working with Western Carolina’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Ryan’s technical ability includes web design languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SEO, SEM, and an uncanny googling ability. Talk to him about cross domain tracking and Google Data Studio.

David Cate

David Cate

Internet Marketing Programmer

David Cate graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology and a minor in General Business from Appalachian State University in the December of 2014. He started becoming interested in web development half way through his collegiate career and has been honing and advancing his skills ever since. David began building real estate sites and SEO in 2013, and it is the combination of understanding both code and SEO strategy that makes him such a valuable part of the team. He is fully fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, CSS3, HTML5, Ruby & Javascript. He has experience working with PHP and jQuery and is Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager Certified.

Marissa Fornaro

Marissa is responsible for great client experiences at Element-360! Her passion for SEO, SMM and Email Marketing started in 2013 and grew through 3 previous digital marketing agencies.

Her ability to take a people centered approach in the digital world has been very appreciated by our clients.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016. In her free time she enjoys hiking, meditating and playing football.
