Now he leads the vision, mission and goals as the president of Element-360. This has positioned Element-360 for sustained triple digit growth annually for several years now. His strengths are focused on performance analysis for clients lead generation and our team development.

Hannah Sizemore

Hannah Sizemore, an Asheville native brings creativity and a passion for communication to the E-360 team. Hannah attended Appalachian State University in Boone North Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus in Pubic Relations. Her work experience includes working with numerous local non-profits in Western North Carolina and has worked on three regional political campaigns. She is passionate about adapting her current skillset to meet the needs of E-360. In her role as Internet Marketing Coordinator, Hannah will be assisting clients to increase their online ROI and find efficient ways to enhance their online presence by becoming Google Analytics certified.

Ryan Cook, MBA

Ryan Cook, MBA

Senior Internet Marketing Analyst

New to Asheville, Ryan is a transplant from North Florida with a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music from Florida State University. He is competent in HTML 5, CSS and Photoshop while currently learning JavaScript, .NET and PHP. Throughout his formative years, he was a classically trained musician who developed a passion for technology at a young age. At Western, he worked with several clients as a consultant to provide a variety of business and research solutions. Prior to pursuing his MBA, Ryan worked in the production side of advertising developing TV, radio, and print campaigns with clients such as BMW, L’Oreal, AT&T, and Sealine in Miami, FL. With his diverse background, Ryan has developed a strong understanding of consumer behavior as well as exceptionally strong quantitative and analytical skills.

David Cate

David Cate

David Cate graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology and a minor in General Business from Appalachian State University in the December of 2014. He began to develop a taste for web development half way through his collegiate career and has been honing and advancing his skills ever since. David began building real estate sites and SEO in 2013, and it is the combination of understanding both code and SEO strategy that makes him such a valuable part of the team. He is fully fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, CSS3, & HTML5. He is also Google Analytics Certified and is adding Javascript and jQuery to his skill set.

Over the past 5 years, Lisa has been the marketing lead on resort real estate projects representing over $4 billion USD in revenue. Lisa’s intuitive and intellectual balance allows for far reaching visions grounded in a strong foundation of fact, to become reality. Her innate ability to translate the intangible into effective market messaging and strong sales language has provided her with the opportunity to work in a wide variety of global markets with a specialty in both urban and resort projects throughout the Caribbean, North and Central America.

Prior to her focus on real estate development, Lisa was the marketing lead for one of the largest Golf Management operations in North America. This expertise has been instrumental in creating her exceptional understanding of the demographic and psychographic profile of the lifestyle buyer. It also established her as a leader in the planning, marketing, and sales of master planned golf and lifestyle residential communities.
