As Director of Marketing, Amanda is responsible for driving success by working closely with clients to generate custom marketing strategies to achieve their goals. For the last 6 years, Amanda has been in real estate marketing – helping builders, developers, and brokerages exceed their lead generation objectives with a strong ROI. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a BBA in Management and Marketing in 2011, and received her MBA from FAU in 2014. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
When not chasing approvals and deadlines, Amanda enjoys chasing waterfalls and hiking the beautiful mountains surrounding Asheville.
As Digital Marketing Manager, Ty guides campaign management and finance across Google, Facebook, and Display. This multi-channel approach leads to enhanced opportunities for campaign performance optimizations. Ty started his digital marketing career in the travel and tourism industry through the Tourism Development Authority in three states. He received a B.S. in Travel & Tourism Management and earned an MBA from Western Carolina University in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He completed his Certified Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from Smith Travel Research and the American Hotel & Lodging Association certification in 2014.
When not analyzing, Ty spends his time finding a new trail or a new local brew.
As lead Web Developer, Bowman’s focus is on programming for performance. He is responsible for all web development, server and design updates at Element-360.
Bowman went to Eton College and Cambridge University where he read Modern and Medieval Languages. He enjoys spending time with his two kids and playing the bass in his spare time.

As Analytics Manager, Ethan is responsible for aggregating and investigating marketing data and delivering it to clients in easy-to-understand dashboards and reports. For the past 7 years Ethan has worked in a variety of eCommerce roles, from account management to lead data analyst, and understands the importance of having reliable 3rd party marketing assistance. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) in 2013 with a Bachelors in International Studies, and is currently working on his Masters in International Economic Development from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS).
When not in the office you can find him in his pepper garden tending to his Carolina Reapers or experimenting with new hot sauce creations.
In his professional life, Stu lives, breathes, and ingests Website Analytics and data such as CTR%, bounce rates, and CPC. He tests new ideas, explores new features, and makes marketing as effective as possible. It has been nearly 10 years since his first interaction with PPC & SEO.
Stu is from Central Florida and has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. An avid outdoorsman, Stu has been a professional whitewater and mountaineering guide for roughly 18 years. His love for the outdoors has allowed him to see many areas of the world, exploring mountain top views and whitewater guiding on many of its most famous rivers, including his favorite: the Futaleufu River in Northern Patagonia. Stu now resides in Glenwood Springs, CO and is a proud father to his 5-year-old daughter, Zuri.
As our exclusive data warehousing and CRM consultant, George is developing our proprietary tracking system to provide enhanced digital marketing analytics on home buyers and sellers for clients.

For the past 15 years Chad has studied the digital experience for real estate buyers and sellers across the globe. As the founder and owner of Element-360, he leads the development of systems and methodologies to improve the quality of leads. His real estate marketing career began at Intrawest as a customer and market analyst. His team manages the digital lead generation campaigns supporting more than $10 billion in gross sales across 16 countries over the past 10 years. Chad volunteers with the Small Business Association as a SCORE Mentor. He was recently awarded the Sky-High Growth award and a 40-under-40 recipient.
Several of the real estate brands he has supported include the Intrawest portfolio across 3 continents, Crescent Communities portfolio, Westin Residences, Four Seasons Residences, East West Partners, Hard Rock Hotel, The Related Group and more.
Chad is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He currently participates on two ULI councils including the Market Trends and Residential Neighborhood Development council. He established Element-360 as a Google Partner in 2012, Google Analytics certified, and Google AdWords certified. Chad graduated from Western Colorado State University with a double major in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology.
