A Unique Mexico Real Estate Forum “A New Decade – A Time for Revitalization and Growth”

The Global Recession has taken its’ toll on the Mexican real estate market but now, as the recovery process continues, an exceptional event has been planned to attract over 100 key real estate and related industry professionals  who will gather May 4-6 at The Westin Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta to learn, network and discover the enormous investment opportunities that Mexico has to offer.  Never before has a conference offered this scope of prospects.

This Forum has three unique objectives:

*  to educate participants about the latest issues to affect the real estate industry in Mexico.  Some discussions include:  Economic Effects of the Global Recession;  Hottest Trends in the Hospitality Industry; Opportunities for Viral Marketing;  Regional Analysis of the Major Tourism Markets;  Aspects of the Venture Plan; Tax, Legal, Financing  Issues;  Role of Mortgage/Marketing; and the Newest Asset – the Assisted Care Living Investment Potential.

* to offer the opportunity to join an usual Familiarization trip that will highlight selected elite developments  in the Jalisco and Riviera Nayarit regions.
