Mexico Real Estate Forum 2011March 10, 2011 11:12 am
E360 is excited to be on two panel’s for this years Mexico Real Estate Forum. The date is set for May 4-6 at The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The first panel topic is a, “Regional Analysis of the Major Tourism development Markets in Mexico”. We will be discussing the latest market trends across Mexico as it relates to resort research. Historically, Mexico real estate market research is limited by the lack of an MLS system which in turn as made this topic particularly important. E360 has committed to performing a comprehensive resort research market survey. We are excited to share some of the latest emerging real estate market trends! Some of the regions to be covered include:
- Baja California Sur (Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo, La Paz, and Loreto),
- Quintana Roo (Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum),
- Nayarit (Riveria Nayarit and Litibu Sayulita),
- Jalisco (Puerto Vallarta),
- Baja California (Rosarito),
- Sonora (Puerto Penasco),
- Sinaloa (Mazatlan and Esquinapa).
The second panel we will be discussing is, “Going Viral – Latest Strategies and Opportunities to Market and Sell Developments in Mexico and North America -Baby Boomers – Legal Issues – Regulatory Issues.” Resort marketing behaves very different when the buyer lives in another country and speak a variety of languages. One of the most effective ways to generate qualified leads is through resort real estate internet marketing. We will be discussing the free technology available to create highly targeted real estate internet marketing campaigns. We look forward to helping you navigate your real estate development marketing plans.
If you would like to confirm a time to discuss how market trends or internet marketing can impact your project while at the event please contact Chad Martin in the U.S. at (775) 770-4450 or at [email protected].
