As local economies begin to open, we are excited to hear about the progress happening at several new communities. We are also excited about the new home communities with which we will be working and wanted to highlight these new partnerships.

Point Hope 

This 9,000-acre Lowcountry estate once acted as a safe-haven for the Googemheim family to escape the rough New England winters and bask in the southern sun. Today, the property is finding new life as a thoughtfully designed, forward-thinking new home community. We are very pleased to launch the digital marketing for this 40 year build out at Point Hope.

71 Wentworth 

The crown of King Street, 71 Wentworth is the newest collection of luxury residences in downtown Charleston, SC. The building, constructed in 1872, has been re-imagined to seamlessly mix its centuries-old brick and cathedral ceilings with contemporary finishes made for new generation luxury. We are excited to lead the digital marketing at 71 Wentworth.

It is conveniently located near the main village at Daniel Island and Daniel Island Park, making it the perfect place to enjoy a wide variety of amenities.
