This expertise has been instrumental in creating her exceptional understanding of the demographic and psychographic profile of the lifestyle buyer. It also established her as a leader in the planning, marketing and sales of master planned golf and lifestyle residential communities.

With over 15 years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, Orion has played a critical role in the conceptualizing, consulting, development, capitalization, opening and operation of over 4,000 hotel rooms ground up. He has been involved with numerous $20M – $500M+ mixed-use resort development projects, hospitality sector market studies, competitive and positioning studies and due-diligence assignments worldwide. Additionally he has created the financial, cash flow and capitalization models for over 50 projects in various industry sectors, including retail, office, mixed-use, resort, apartment and residential, ranging in size from $1M – $585M and provided the analytical and visual conduit between the owner, developer, investors and capital markets.
He is a recipient of all three Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards, an international leadership in action program that rewarded his “progressive nature, leadership skills and outdoor proficiency” and a graduate from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration where he concentrated in Strategic Management, Operations and Entrepreneurship. Prior work experiences include Operations Analyst for Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando, Consultant for Grafton Hospitality Corporation, Development Manager-Hospitality for Crown Realty & Development Corporation, Senior Financial Analyst for Bergstrom Capital Advisors and President of Orion Hospitality Corporation.
Michelle has over 10 years experience in Resort Real Estate sales and development and is a leader in the international resort real estate industry, working on well known, high-end development, sales and marketing efforts in North and Central America.
Her sales efforts have created exceptional results at such high profile projects as Hard Rock Hotel-San Diego, Aspen/Snowmass Base Village, and Icon Vallarta in Mexico, and Peninsula Papagayo.
Todd is a full time freelance graphic designer and web designer. He is located in beautiful Seattle, Washington although his clients are peppered throughout the country and around the world. Todd has a BFA degree in Graphic Design and has been working in the industry for nearly 10 years.
Todd has been working with E360 on a number of projects throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and the USA.
Matthew co-founded VIDA with the vision to create a studio of great individuals. Experience has taught him that nothing produces results like the bringing together of sharp minds, in-depth analysis, good listening, great design and hard work. Matthew draws on 10 years of experience spanning four continents and a dozen countries. His work focuses on creating sustainable land-use solutions that balance creativity, sustainability and profitability – not one over the other, not one without the other. These are lofty ideals for a boy from rural Australia – no argument. But, luckily, Matthew has the skills to back it up. He has extensive experience in the design, management and implementation of international projects and the proven ability to deliver world-class results – often in isolated regions on challenging sites. Matthew is an avid photographer and traveller and, when he’s not working, he can be found surfing on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica or at his family farm near Laidley, Australia.
